Single-sided flags
The front reads normally; the back shows the design in reverse. This can suit a wall display, backdrop or viewing position where the front faces your audience and the back is not the focus.
Double-sided flags
Double-sided flags use three-layer construction, and the design reads correctly on both sides. Consider this when people approach from either direction, especially when your design includes a business name, family name, message or other lettering.
Match the printing to your display
- On a wall: single-sided can suit a display with the back facing the wall. Check the hanging options and the space available.
- On a flagpole or open display: double-sided can help lettering read correctly from both sides.

Printing and mounting are separate choices
Single- or double-sided describes how the design appears. It does not tell you the size, pole sleeve, grommet placement or included hardware. Check each product’s size and finishing selections. Garden flags use a top pole sleeve, and stands are not included. Other designs have their own mounting options.
